Set on more than three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor courtyard, Woodland Manor is considered one of the premier senior living communities is this area of New York State. Located close to a major parkway with easy access to I-81 and I-88, our community offers 60 apartments on one floor for easy access. Here our residents – in many cases, with their pets – enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, who are known for spending a lot of one-on-one time residents and their families, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. We’ve designed our services to focus on wellness, helping you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible.

Our common areas – including our lovely dining room and village sitting areas – give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including trips to Pumpkin Farm, Apple Hills and Otseningo for the Christmas Lights Show. Our community is conveniently located in a beautiful residential area, high on a hill – a major plus after the flooding of 2006 affected lower areas in the community. Yet we are also close to a shopping mall, Target, Wal-Mart, Kohls, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans, the public library, many restaurants and Binghamton University, just one mile away. Otseningo Park, Greenwood Park, Grippen Park and Arnold Park are also nearby. And three Hospitals – Binghamton General Hospital, Lourdes Hospital and Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center, plus a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed – are all within an eight-mile radius.
