Troy Adult Home is an assisted living residence operated for the purpose of providing a supervised environment on a 24-hour basis for adults and senior citizens who may require some basic health monitoring, but who are not in need of continual nursing care.
Residents that require skilled nursing services but not on a 24-hours basis can be arranged thru visiting nurses to provide services in the home.
The home is owned and managed for more than 20 years by a registered professional nurse with extensive professional experience in a hospital and nursing home settings. We are situated in a residential area across Frear Park and only 12 minutes travel from downtown Albany. The home is a duly licensed by the New York State Department of Health.
Troy Adult Home is a 33 bed assisted living facility. We are small enough that we can cater to individual needs in a comfortable home like atmosphere. The residents become a member of our extended family.
