Our continuum of care gives residents the ability to choose the service program that best suits their current lifestyle, and to add more services as their needs change. * Assisted Living at The Inn
The Inn offers assisted living programs that support residents who need a helping hand with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming. Both programs provide medication assistance and the assurance of 24-hour staffing.
* Alzheimer's Care at The Gardens
The Gardens is designed, staffed and programmed to provide a secure, flexible and activity-focused living environment that enhances the lives of residents with early memory loss, symptoms of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia.
Included in Your Monthly Fee
* Individualized care plans based on our "activity focused" approach to dementia care.
* We encourage residents to engage in stimulating and rewarding activities based on their retained abilities while providing the experienced care and support they need.
* Our dedicated caregivers are cross-trained in order to provide activity programming 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Music therapy, arts and crafts, special outings, occupational activities and exploration in a safe environment are just a few of the many activities that residents are busy enjoying.
* Specially trained caregivers provide assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, grooming, nutrition and medication management, as necessary.
* Three delicious and nutritious meals are served daily in a home-style environment.
* Our daily changing menus are approved by a registered dietician and our menu accomodates most tastes. Snacks are always available. Residents are encouraged, as appropriate, to engage in dining-related activities such as meal preparation, table setting and clearing. Such engagement provides a comfortable link to familiar routines.
* Daily housekeeping with personal laundry and linen service is also provided. While residents' self-reliance is encouraged through engaging in such activities as bed-making and tidying up, caregivers are always standing by to assist residents and complete tasks when needed.
