Pineview Commons is more than a place to live; it is a fine way of life. Established
in 1992 Pineview commons provides the finest, safest, most congenial living arrangements for seniors who require supervised care in a “home-like†atmosphere.
Our highly trained staff is available to assist residents with daily living activities such
as bathing, dressing, medication and case management services 24 hours a day.
On-site nursing services, counseling and physical/occupational therapists are available through a Certified Home Health Agency. Medical requirements are supervised and regular doctor visits are arranged as needed.
Pineview commons has a full range of social and recreational activities both on and off premises such as arts and crafts, shopping trips, exercise classes, sight-seeing tours and dining out.
Residents have the choice of selecting a suite, private or semi-private room. Tasteful furnishings are provided, although residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings with them which will enhance their sense of security and comfort.
Our rates are only a fraction of the costs of traditional nursing home care or around the clock home care programs. Monthly rates may vary depending on the services required and accommodations desired.
Pineview Commons has recently been approved by the Department of Health to operate an “Assisted Living Programâ€. This will enable many residents to continue residing at Pineview as their medical needs increase.
