All emergency appointments will be at their local Kingston offices. For your convenience, any bills from your visit will be sent directly to your insurance company.
In-house podiatry care is only a step away:
Now the luxury of having an in-house podiatrist is here. Dr. Johnathan Sumber will be available to see you at Mountain Valley Manor. More complex procedures will take place at his Kingston office.
No need to travel for your lab work anymore:
Mountain Valley Manor is working with both Quest Labs and LabCorp. We now offer limited lab specimen collections in-house. Jennifer Clarke, LPN, will draw blood, collect urine and other samples for the physician. This new convenience will prevent missing breakfast on days where you otherwise would have to travel to a lab to give a sample. A doctors prescription is still needed for each collection.
Start your personal spending account today:
We will keep a small personal spending account for you on-site upon your request. Enjoy the luxury of knowing that your money is secure and you do not have to go to the bank or the ATM machine when you want to get your hair done, buy stamps, or shop. When your personal account is running low, we will notify you so it can be refilled.

Our local & long-term care pharmacies makes it easy for you:
For your convenience you can now enroll with our long-term care pharmacy, Royal Care or one of our local pharmacies Nekos-Dedricks or Port Ewen Pharmacy. They come to the premises daily, bill directly to your insurance plan, and (in most cases) fill orders the same day. This is all done in-house. If your current prescription coverage offers mail order refills, please see Jennifer Clarke, LPN, for more information regarding this option.
