We have provided quality personalized care to seniors for more than 30 years. We provide the services, security, and social interaction that allow seniors to live a comfortable lifestyle. In a time when many facilities are making their pricing plans complex and confusing, we have kept things simple and more importantly — AFFORDABLE.
Unique to Hilton East is our “Fixed Rate†and “Secure Stay†guarantee. Residents NEVER receive an annual rate increase*, nor are they required to move out when private pay funding is no longer available.
Hilton East Assisted Living is a 205 bed community nestled in the peaceful village of Hilton , NY. Our staff has a track record of quality care that spans over 30 years. We have been providing impeccable care since 1974. We provide more care hours per resident than any other community. We also offer the lowest rates in Monroe County — without compromising our superb quality. Unlike others, there is no “Relocation Risk†should private funding become unavailable. We also offer the most care of any assisted living community for the lowest cost in Monroe County.
Our community is one of the largest assisted living communities in the Rochester area. We work closely with several local hospitals . Most people who come to our community have been referred by either a friend, loved one or a professional social worker.
Residents needs vary. Upon admission, and throughout their stay, we assess their individual needs and adjust care plans accordingly. In dietary, we offer special diet plans and substitute meals; in recreation, we interview residents to determine the activities they enjoy and then implement meaningful events for them. In terms of resident care, we maintain a daily log noting the well-being of each resident in a daily effort to meet their specific needs. All with one purpose in mind: we want them to feel loved. Virginia King, a former resident stated during her ten year stay at Hilton East that, “The resident care staff takes care of me in such a tender and loving manner so that I feel like I am surrounded by many loving grandchildren!â€

* Resident care is our primary focus. Our services are geared toward caring and providing for residents in a way that ensures that they live a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. Our many amenities include 24 hour aide care assistance, three delicious meals, laundry and housekeeping service, 24 hour medication management and assistance, 24 hour staff emergency and call system, fully furnished rooms, beautifully landscaped grounds surrounded by a beautiful country setting, and an activities program that provides purpose and meaning for our residents.
* Hilton is a peaceful and safe neighborhood for residents. With Salmon Creek, spacious grounds and beautiful landscaping serving as our backdrop we are within walking distance of two mini-plazas, several eateries, small shops, the library, bank, post office and more. Hilton is only a short drive from Greece Ridge Mall and other area attractions.
* Our community is set on six acres of open land. Our community, built in 1974 has been updated and well-kept to provide residents a warm and homey setting. It includes a private dining room for family and guests, several open lounge areas, gift/snack shop, chapel, recreation room, dining room, movie center, craft and ceramics room, barber/beauty shop, as well as an open-air courtyard. Our lovely landscaped courtyard provides a great place to sit back and relax on those beautiful Spring and Summer mornings.
* Our staff has a track record of quality care that spans decades. In a recent survey, our residents overwhelmingly stated that our aides are responsive, reliable, and display a positive attitude. Raquel Williams, our Resident Care Director, works with families to make sure that your loved on is receiving the personal care they deserve.
