What makes Heritage Home for Women different from a
nursing home?
Heritage Home for Women is a non-medical, non-institutional
environment. Some residents require assistance
with their personal care but many are independent. Our
residents are ambulatory and like to walk our grounds. The
ladies enjoy the friendship and companionship of a congregate
environment in a home like setting.
Nursing Assistance
Heritage Home for Women has aides to assist
our residents with basic nursing needs.
Some examples of this assistance would be medication,
reminders, and general medical needs.
In addition, our aides assist with personal care, showers, and
other chores that can be difficult at times.
