There is something good cooking at Forest Park Retirement Community. Dining hours are flexible and you are not limited to items on the menu. Dine with your friends or cook in your apartment. Full kitchens, washer/dryer hook-ups and the views from the patio or balcony of your spacious apartment are picture-perfect. Birds are singing, wild turkeys are foraging, squirrels are scurrying about and you'll see a deer or two pass by. The cozy atmosphere is warm, relaxed and the ambience embraces the uniqueness of the quaint local culture of Victor, New York. You'll have a hard time staying indoors.

Only minutes away are museums, a variety of festivals, award-winning vineyards, historic Canandaigua, Rochester, lush forests, excellent fishing at the Finger Lakes as well as sparkling waterfalls and majestic scenery. With easy freeway access, you can experience everything Victor, Canandaigua and Rochester have to offer.

Our goal is to give you more time to pursue those activities you love. Lounge by the fire, read your favorite novel in the library or enjoy a recreational and social program designed just for you. Rental Information

Choice is Important. We offer a variety of floor plans, and monthly rates vary depending upon the particular floor plan selected. Apartments are rented month-to-month.

No buy-in or lease fees are required. The monthly rent includes all Basic Services.

Basic Services include:
Delicious meals served daily
Specially-trained on-site staff

Household maintenance
Housekeeping and linen service
Scheduled transportation
All utilities paid (phone and cable may not be included)
Emergency call systems in each apartment

We all know how important pets are to our lives. Because we value the time-tested connection people have with their pets, we invite you to have your small pet live with you at our community. We want you to smile, laugh, and feel good! We accept most small pets, and have minimal deposit requirements to make the necessary accommodations.
