There’s always something to do at Delmar Place. Enjoy interacting with fellow residents, walk the grounds, spend time in the village, or spend quiet time with friends and family.
Right next door (in fact, we built our own walkway), at the Bethlehem Public Library, residents can take advantage of community programs such as discussion groups, concerts, and lectures, as well as make use of an extensive collection of large print books, books on tape or CD, and internet access.
Take a short stroll to Delmar village shops, restaurants, and places of worship.
The grounds feature an outdoor courtyard with ample covered seating areas, gardens, a koi pond, a putting green, and a scenic paved walking path
