The Countryside Adult Home is a 60 bed public, non-profit Home for Adults. It's purpose is to provide long-term residential care, room, board, housekeeping, personal care and supervision.
It is operated by the County of Warren, the governing body being the Warren County Board of Supervisors, the New York State Department of Health and the Commissioner of Social Services.
We admit adult residents of Warren County, subject to eligibility, without regard to race, color, creed or national origin. We provide a home for those adults who do not require twenty-four hour skilled nursing care.
Our staff understands the needs of residents in our facility. We provide twenty-four hour supervision by trained and caring aides.
We provide case management as well as a registered nurse and physician on staff.
We have a full-time activity program
We offer furnished semi-private rooms.
We have barber and a beautician services on site.
Laundry services are provided as well as washers and dryers for personal use.
We provide medication management assistance as well as assistance with the activities of daily living and housekeeping services.
We provide three nutritious meals daily with between meal snacks.
We arrange weekly shopping trips as well as transportation to and from all appointments.
We host worship services on site.
