If you or a loved one are looking for the comfort of home without the inconvenience and expense of maintenance, housekeeping or laundry and meal preparation, you’re looking for the Sacred Heart Home!

The 80-unit adult care facility caters to seniors who enjoy their independence, but may need some assistance each day. Exceptionally comfortable private or semi-private rooms are enhanced by the addition of your personal furniture and decorating touches. Restaurant-style dining in our beautiful dining room offers residents the opportunity to relax and visit with friends, and our housekeeping staff makes sure the recently redecorated facility is spotless.

Our Health Services staff, comprised of a Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses and Personal Care Aides, work closely with other professionals to make sure your loved one’s health-care is maximized. We offer in-house podiatry, food service, barber/beautician, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance services. In addition, full-service case management and wellness programs provide assistance to residents and their families.

The Sacred Heart Home enjoys an atmosphere of independence and respect for individual’s needs and interests. A wide range of programs of interest are coordinated through our Activities and Volunteer Department. Large group programs include visits by area entertainers, special dinners or parties. Small groups enjoy getting together for handicrafts, sharing and reminiscence, card games or games such as Bingo or Trivia.

Quiet times are also encouraged. Individuals may like to read, paint or listen to music in the comfort of their room. Residents may also attend daily Mass in the Brothers’ beautiful chapel or take a leisurely stroll around our picturesque country campus.

We invite you to visit so you can see why the Sacred Heart Home is one of the premiere adult care facilities in Western New York.
